This automatic thermal control manifold is made of electrical thermal actuator ,vent valve,
drainage valve ,flux valve, flow meter (USER need to install a thermostat). Thermostat is
installed in the room ,connecting electric thermal actuator with wire. Electric thermal
actuator is fixed on the flux valve through nuts. User could set required temp. .Thermostat
could scan room temp. automatically and send signal to electric thermal actuator which
controls close or open ofbuilt-in flux valve .When indoor temp. reach set room temp. ,it
starts to work, heat thermal expansion device to close the flux valve so the hot water flow
to that room will stop and the room temp will not go up. When indoor room goes down,
thermostat breaks, Temp. of electric thermal actuatorgoes down too, expansion device
contracts and the flux valveopens and hot water flows, through the branch circuit , the
room temp. of that branch circuit will goes up and finally reach the room temp. of user
setting ,then it shuts off flux valve again. Thermostat and electric thermal actuator works
circularly to keep room temp. at certain level , creating comfortable life for people.
